21.com feels like GSB finally asked whether an offshore betting site really needs fifty menus and flashing promos everywhere.
Apparently not. This crypto-first brand is fast, clean and much easier to use than most offshore bookmakers. Games are easy to find, the cashier is properly built around crypto, and the whole site feels less cluttered.
There are gaps. The sportsbook feels underdeveloped, there is no proper native app, traditional payments are still missing, and support starts with an irritating AI bot when you really want a human. Still, there is a promising product underneath, especially on the casino side.
21.com Registration – Refreshingly Short
21.com has not turned registration into an interrogation.
The account form asks for:

Google and Telegram signup are available as alternatives. That is about as painless as offshore registration gets. Do not confuse a short signup form with anonymous betting, though. You are still opening a proper gambling account and 21.com can request considerably more information later.
KYC can mean ID, proof of address and proof that the payment method is yours. Bigger checks can also dig into where your money comes from. If 21.com asks for documents, you normally get seven days to send them over. Ignore the request long enough and the account can eventually be closed.
Payments – Crypto Banking Only
21.com makes the most sense if you are happy using crypto. The cashier is simple, and you can either deposit from your own wallet or buy crypto directly through 21.com with a debit or credit card and use it for betting.

This is the frustrating part. 21.com has the foundations of a decent sportsbook. You get pre-match and live betting, accumulators, Bet Builder and Cash Out. Football is joined by basketball, tennis, American football, baseball, boxing, MMA and the usual mainstream selection. I like the interface more than the underlying product.

But the sportsbook itself has been buggy and limited in our testing. For a GSB product, that is hard to excuse.
Bet Builder and Cash Out are useful. They do not compensate for a betting engine that still needs work. The rules also give 21.com considerable flexibility around live-bet delays, changing odds, rejected wagers and obvious pricing errors. Cash Out is explicitly discretionary and can disappear without warning.
I would happily use 21.com for straightforward football betting once the sportsbook receives another development pass. Right now, the casino is comfortably ahead.

New sports players can choose a 50% first-deposit bonus up to $500. The minimum deposit is $5 and wagering is 8x the bonus, with qualifying bets requiring minimum combined odds of 1.80. You have 14 days to complete the requirement.

$500 × 8 = $4,000 in qualifying bets.
That is work, but it is not ridiculous by offshore standards. The important catch is the maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings, which is capped at ten times the bonus amount. Cash Out bets may also fail to contribute towards wagering.
I would take this over an enormous “300% BONUS!!!” offer carrying fifty times turnover and accumulator requirements any day.
Casino Welcome: Much Bigger, Much Heavier
Casino players get the bigger headline:

The package starts with a 100% match up to $600, followed by three further deposit bonuses taking the total available match to $5,000. This one needs more caution.
Wagering is 40x the bonus, and you have only seven consecutive days to complete it. Maximum bonus play is $5 per spin, hand or round, while maximum return is capped at five times the bonus received.
First-Week Cashback
This is the offer I prefer. 21.com gives new players 20% daily cashback during the first seven days, with a maximum cashback of $100. You need at least a $3 net loss, but the resulting cashback has only 1x wagering and three days to clear it. That is much cleaner.
Casino welcome bonuses sell better on banners. Low-wagering cashback is usually the promotion I would rather actually use. There are plenty of other offers, including Game of the Week Free Spins and three unusual $5 bonus challenges for account actions such as email verification and connecting Telegram.
The ACCA Win Bonus is more relevant for sports bettors. It starts at three qualifying selections and increases as more legs are added, eventually reaching an attention-grabbing 500% boost at 50 selections. Fifty legs is lottery-ticket territory.
21.com Mobile – No Proper App Yet
21.com currently works as a web product rather than offering the native Android or iOS app I would expect from a serious modern betting brand.
That is a missed opportunity. The website itself is good enough on mobile that this is not disastrous, but crypto bettors are hardly a desktop-only audience. There is also a strange promotional mismatch: one of the site’s challenges refers to downloading the “21 app” despite the reviewed product being web based rather than a normal native application.
GSB should sort that out.
Support Needs a Human Touch

21.com is easy to like, but it still feels a few updates short of finished. GSB has got the basics right: the site is fast, clean and built properly around crypto, while the casino already feels like the strongest part of the package. The sportsbook is the weak link. It needs more polish, there is no proper native app, fiat payments are still missing, and the AI support bot gets annoying very quickly.
For UAE players, there is a bigger problem. The current terms list the UAE as a prohibited jurisdiction, so for now this is one to watch rather than one I can recommend locally.
Fix the sportsbook, add proper payment localisation and 21.com could become a very good crypto betting brand.
